HEL Archive Frequently Asked Questions

How can I access the HEL Archive?
You may purchase HEL Archive access, for a period of three years, for $14 here. Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an e-mail with a hyperlink to  a URL with temporary access instructions. You will be able to access the Archive instantly with the temporary code while we process your order.

How do I log in to the HEL Archive?
Your order confirmation will contain a hyperlink to instructions for your temporary access. Once we have processed your order, you will receive an automated e-mail letting you know that your e-mail address has been activated for log-in. This e-mail will also provide a link to the log-in page, as well as the expiration date for your access.

How do I know when my access expires?
Your expiration date is included in your welcome e-mail. You can also contact us at hepg@harvard.edu and we will provide the date to you.

I want to share an HEL article with my class. How do I do that? 
For permission to reprint an HEL article in course materials, please contact: laura_clos@gse.harvard.edu.

How did you determine the price for Archive access?
We wanted to extend a great value to educators while covering the basic costs for the Archive website. 

I’ve updated my email address, how can I change it on the website?
To change the email address you log in with, e-mail hepg@harvard.edu with the e-mail address currently on file and indicate your updated address.
